"On this day mentioned, I pulled into Dutro's with a flat tire from trash in the road that I ran over. I was taking my brother-in-law (with terminal cancer)to his doctor to get blood. I went into the service dept. and explained my problem, and they not only took care of my vehicle that very day, but they used the curoisity to take me and my passnegers over to the doctor's office and my brother-in-law never missed his appointment and was able to receive his much needed blood. I wasn't even scheduled in the sevice department but told them if they wanted to go ahead and do the service on my Lincoln at that time, that was fine with me. In my notion, they went above and beyond their service duty. I sent them a very nice thank you card, put in on facebook, and sent my experience with Dutro out via email to over 100 people. I know that doesn't sound like very many people, but word of mouth is still the best advertising and it's free. The reason for my stopping was a flat tire and I was scared I wouldn't be able to get my brother-in-law to his doctor. When I walked into the service department on that rainy morning and they sensed my urgency, they reassured me in a very kind way to realx and not worry, they would help me get my patient to the doctor. And that was my prime worry, not my flat tire. Would I buy another car from that dealership, you bet I would. Would I have my vehicle serviced any place else, no way. I am glad to give my testimony for there was not only one man behind the counter involved in my problem, there were several, and they all helped me with kindness and professionalism.
